Terms of Service — Ironclad Field Kit

1. Acceptance of Terms & License Grant

By accessing or using Ironclad Field Kit at https://ironclad.rocksolidsystemshq.com, provided by Rock Solid Systems, you agree to these Terms of Service. Upon completing a one-time payment for individual tools or the Complete 5-in-1 Ironclad Field Kit bundle, Rock Solid Systems grants your business a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the unlocked tools for your internal contractor and field service operations, including generating unlimited client quotes, change orders, inspection reports, contracts, and maintenance sheets.

2. Trade & Contract Template Legal Disclaimer (Not Legal Advice)

Ironclad Field Kit provides customizable administrative, quoting, change-order, inspection, service authorization, workmanship warranty, and conditional mechanics lien waiver templates as operational aids for convenience only. Rock Solid Systems is not a law firm and does not provide legal, tax, engineering, or building-code advice.

Home-improvement contract statutes, mandatory cancellation notices (such as three-day right-to-cancel disclosures), warranty laws, and statutory mechanics lien waiver forms vary significantly by state, province, and local jurisdiction. Contractors are solely responsible for reviewing, customizing, and verifying that all documents, quotes, pricing, and contract terms comply with applicable state and local home-improvement, licensing, warranty, and lien-waiver laws in their jurisdiction, and should consult a qualified attorney before relying on any legal instrument.

3. Local-First Data Storage & Backup Responsibility

All quotes, change orders, inspections, contracts, maintenance plans, saved jobs, and custom pricebook configurations are stored locally inside your web browser's localStorage. Clearing your browser site data, resetting your device, or using private/incognito browsing may erase local job records. You are responsible for periodically exporting a local JSON backup file via the Business Setup drawer and saving PDF copies of executed client documents.

4. Payments, Stripe Processing & Purchase Restoration

All payments are processed securely via Stripe as one-time purchases with zero recurring subscription fees. You may restore your unlocked tools on supported browsers and devices using the stateless Email Address + Billing ZIP Code verification flow in the Account Sign-In tab. Zero third-party behavioral tracking pixels are used on this platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

Ironclad Field Kit is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall Rock Solid Systems be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, lost profits, calculation errors, or contract disputes arising out of your use of the software or templates. Our total cumulative liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Ironclad Field Kit license.
