1. Local-First Browser Storage Architecture

Ironclad Field Kit is engineered as a local-first field operations system. All client job records, 3-tier quotes, change orders, site photos, multi-point inspection checklists, service agreements, warranty certificates, lien waivers, maintenance plans, custom pricebook items, and customer or technician signatures are stored 100% locally in your device's browser (localStorage).

We do not upload, view, store, or process your customer quotes, contracts, jobsite photos, or client lists on our servers. Your field data remains exclusively on your phone, tablet, or computer unless you explicitly export a local JSON backup file or save/print a PDF document on your device.

2. Zero Third-Party Behavioral Tracking Pixels

We respect contractor and homeowner privacy. Ironclad Field Kit runs with zero third-party behavioral tracking pixels:

• No Meta / Facebook tracking pixels.
• No Google Analytics or cross-site ad retargeting scripts.
• No sale, rental, or brokerage of contractor or homeowner data to third parties.

3. Stripe Checkout & Stateless Purchase Restoration

One-time tool unlocks and complete bundle purchases are processed securely by Stripe (https://api.stripe.com). Your credit card or payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.

To allow you to restore your unlocked tools across multiple devices (phone, tablet, and laptop) without requiring a password database, we link your purchase metadata in Stripe to the Account Email Address and Billing ZIP / Postal Code entered at checkout. When you use the Account Sign-In & Sync feature, our server queries Stripe strictly to verify matching completed purchases and unlock your licensed tools.

4. Voluntary Issue Reports & Feedback Notes

If you voluntarily submit a report through the in-app “Report an Issue” or “How can we improve?” form, we receive only the diagnostic details you submit (such as the tool area, device category, viewport dimensions, message text, and optional reply email address) so our team can resolve the issue.
